Return & Refund Policy

You may return an unused piece in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first so that we can arrange the pickup.

Made-to-order and custom pieces cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or different from what was agreed.

Once we have received and inspected the piece, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

If a piece arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will repair or replace it, or refund you if neither is possible.

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund.
