Add pieces to your cart and check out. You will receive an order number, and our team will contact you to confirm your order.

You can pay by Cash on Delivery, or choose online payment and we will send you a secure payment link once your order is confirmed.

Standard delivery takes 5–10 working days. Express delivery takes 2–4 working days.

Our team will arrange a delivery slot with you and bring the piece to your door.

Unused pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery, in their original packaging.

Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Wipe spills at once and keep furniture away from standing water and direct heat.

Grain and tone vary naturally, so no two pieces are exactly alike. This is part of the beauty of solid wood.

Every piece is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. If you notice a fault, write to us and we will repair or replace the piece.

If a piece arrives damaged, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photographs. We will arrange a repair or replacement.

You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched.
